Dos resultados verificou-se uma efici\u00eancia muito superior <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de mitoc\u00f4ndrias nas c\u00e9lulas em compara\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a outras t\u00e9cnicas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, sendo aplic\u00e1vel em diferentes tipos de c\u00e9lulas de rato ou humano. As <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mitoc\u00f4ndrias introduzidas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> tiveram impacto no metabolismo respirat\u00f3rio celular e RNA transcrito<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Al\u00e9m disto, verificou-se que f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ibroblastos alterados por <em>MitoPunch<\/em> foram capazes de formar IPSCs que retiveram as novas <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mitoc\u00f4ndrias<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
